I have a source that claims the words to Easter Parade were written by Johnny Mercer. Was he in any way related to that song or have any input into its writing?

EASTER PARADE was written by Irving Berlin in 1933... The only relationship that I can think of is that Irving Berlin owned a publishing company and he published some of Mercers songs.
