The situation of the wonderful song "I Had Myself A True Love" by Johnny and great Harold Arlen is this: In a bar near the local race track young maiden Lila (June Hawkins of the original Broadway Cast in 1946), recently discarded mistress of the tough bar owner Biglow Brown (Rex Ingram) sings the sad story of her finished love affair with Brown. But there isn't anyone to listen to, 'cause all people leave for the Cakewalk Festival that night. The revenge of the forsaken girl is terrible: A bit later old womanizer Brown is killed by her. Greetings, Thomas Hello Steve, I'm online again!
