	As a photographer for PEOPLE, I was privileged and very pleased to have had the opportunity to photograph and interview Johnny in London in 1974, just before "Good Companions" opened. He was open and witty and a very good subject over the several days I joined him roaming around London. I enjoyed using the site for research, but feel it could be a little more complete. And, of course, I've been a fan of his music from long before I met him. Thank you.

	I wanted to know if the song 'Sorry' recorded, as far as I am aware, only by Doris Day was specially written by Johnny Mercer for her. I entered the magic keyword 'Johnny Mercer' on the internet and I was simply amazed to see this wonderful site unfold. What a great tribute to one of the greatest men of music. You guys are doing a great job Johnny himself would have been very proud of. I thank you, Steve Taksler, for sending me a copy of 'Sorry' all the way from Columbus, NJ. Much appreciated. I sure will visit this site to learn more - it is a superb library at a click of the mouse. Well done and thanks to all contributors for this pleasure treasure!

Amazing....Now, perhaps, I can finally find a copy of Midnight Sun words and music. I lent my only copy to a friend about 20 years ago and haven't seen it since. I wanted to ask another question, how may I get a C D of Johnny's music, well one song in particular; "The First Baseball Game" sung by Nat King Cole, did he (Johnny) put that out or has it been put on a CD of a medley of songs or ETC. For Mr. Cool, I have the Lyrics for; "The First Baseball Game", we did that song in a skit of a play and the theme was sports, we do one every three years here. I'll dig them up and send them to your "E" or put them in the guest book whichever you prefer. Carl
